Some answers to commonly asked questions about our services so you can get the most out of your appointment and feel as comfortable as possible!
We recommend that you let your hair grow to about the length of a grain of rice(1/4 inch long)! To ensure the most consistent regrowth and for your own comfort, you want the hair to be grown out enough to be pulled up with the wax! On average 2 weeks or more after your last shave.
For services like a brazillian wax, if the hair is too long it could cause some discomfort. So trying to stick to your 4-5 week scheduled maintenance is key!
Waxes should be scheduled 4 weeks apart for maintenance, but everyones hair grows in different cycles. Some people can go up to 6 weeks, and others want to come every 3!
Waxing will not cause the hair to grow in thicker. Waxing is a very common way of slowing down hair growth over time because it is being pulled from the root and after consistent waxing over the years, some people need to come less and less frequently!
